Systems Engineer

System Engineer performs system configuration, customer support, maintenance and installation of system products. This position will be the front line interface to the customers on all systems issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Application support for Bally’s casino management system products.
• Customer requirements gathering and systems implementation.
• Troubleshoot customer issues.
• Provide technical and functional training to casino staff.
• Regular courtesy visits or calls to customers.

• One to two years of engineering experience.
• Must have working knowledge of Windows Servers.
• Trained or experience in electrical/communication hardware and troubleshooting.
• One to two years gaming or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Unix (AIX or Linux) is desirable.

• Solution-oriented and customer driven.
• Good analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Windows XP, Windows Server, MS SQL Server administration.
• Network troubleshooting.
• Good written and verbal skills in English and Chinese.
• Understanding of casino operations is a plus.
