Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To provide on-site technical services for all components relating to Network & Security Platform
• Solving technical issues, troubleshooting and post-mortem analysis
• Responsible for customer communication and point of escalation at time of system down.

Requirements:

• must be Macau ID holder;
• High Diploma in IT or related disciplines or above;
• Knowledge/experience of Windows platform, server / desktop virtualization and/or network security product;
• Familiar with LAN switching / routing / firewall / VPN
• CCNP or JNCIS will be an advantage
• Good command of both oral and written English and Cantonese;
• Highly motivated with a teamwork attitude
• People oriented, experienced in dealing with customer interaction or field working experience
