Job Requirements:

• 高中畢業或相關專業學院課程。
• High school graduated or college education in related field.
• 具相關酒店工作經驗、良好溝通及客戶服務技巧。
• Relevant hotel experience with good communication and customer service skills.
• 能操流利廣東話、普通話及英語。需輪班工作。
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift.

• 為娛樂場會員或非會員提供優質諮詢服務。
• Provide courteous customer services to all members and non-members in casino.
• 辦理會籍申請，積分禮品兌換及處理客戶服務熱線。
• Process membership enrolment, reward point redemption and handling customer services hotline.
• 協助宣傳娛樂場推廣活動。願意在部門管理要求下執行其他職責。
• Assist to casino Events and Promotions. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as required by the management.
