Responsibilities 1. To carry out the staff orientation for Clubhouse Ambassadors. 2. To conduct in-house staff training and prepare implementation plans. 3. To analyze the usage statistics of all facilities. 4. To handle the complaint from Resident and take follow-up action. 5. To monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned contractors. 6. To be the operation in-charge of all outlets of Clubhouse. 7. To lead the team of the Clubhouse staff in organizing and implementing recreation programs and activities for the Residents. 8. To coordinate facility maintenance with Technical Department. 9. To conduct marketing research of facility and program services trend. 10. To conduct daily patrolling for ensuring all sort of services are in high level of performance. 11. To liaise and co-ordinate with other outlets of Clubhouse in the provision of services to the Residents. 12. Any other duties as assigned by senior management. Requirements 1. Form 6 or above. 2. 2-5 years’ experience in club or hotel management 3. Service oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skill 4. Good command of both spoken and written English 5.
