Chef De Partie

Job Description

Assist Sous Chef in training associates, planning and organizing the section assigned to
Prepare ingredients according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions
Responsible for cooking food in all areas of the kitchen when is directed
Participate in developing product and in controlling the smooth operation of kitchen
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Monitor food quality, food taste, food presentation, and food requisition

Job Specification

Secondary school graduated or above
Macau BIR Holder
Minimum 6 years of experience in F&B in a 5 star environment at supervisor level
Knowledge of Western or Portuguese cuisine
Ability to distinguish product quality, taste, texture and presentation and observe preparation
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Cantonese and English
Self-motivated and independent
