Assistant Manager, Recruitment

Job Description

1. Responsible for all recruitment activities, keep track of the progress and improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness;
2. Review and monitor recruitment process in compliance with Company Policy and legislative requirements;
3. Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand their needs for hiring;
4. Source different recruitment methods and explore local & overseas recruitment channels; Propose and adjust recruitment plan and strategies timely in response to market situations;
5. Responsible for labor quota and work permit application and renewal;
6. Responsible for new joiners onboarding and leavers’ exit procedures;


1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory/ managerial level. Candidate with HR experience in China will be an advantage.
3. Well-versed in Macau Labour Law, knowledge in China Labour Law is a plus
4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
5. Able to work independently under pressure
6. Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
