HR & Admin Officer

Due to the growth of operations, our client is looking for a HR & Admin Officer to strengthen the existing team that has a dynamic, energetic and fast paced culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full scope of HR support and services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, HR system enhancement, employee relations & engagement.
  • Responsible for administration operations, including procurement, maintenance of equipment, inventory control and facilities management
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate with HR and administrative issues
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • 1 -2 years in HR & administrative experience is preferred
  • Fast-paced, independent, analytic, detail-minded with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of office software applications
