We are looking for a skilled Human Resources and Administration Director, this role involves all aspects of Human Resources and administration practices and processes for our Group.
HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMININSTRATION DIRECTOR (Macau Based)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
Develop and implement HR strategic improvement plan : succession planning, leadership and functional competency management
Act as Business Partner to assist business units heads on all HR matters, provide recommendations and assist in planning
Strengthen performance management and appraisal system that drives high performance and staff retention
Oversea and manage talent acquisition process including but not limited to source and attract candidates by using LinkedIn/job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Ensure assurance, compliance and governance of local policies in Macau, PRC and Hong Kong
Review and restructure Group Compensation & Benefits policies
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Introduce employee relation program to promote staff sense of belonging
Manage and make improvement in workflow to maximize staff productivity and make the best uses of company resources
Oversee Group’s full spectrum of general administration duties
Responsible for human resources and administration budget and cost control
Review existing administration structure, processes while developing and leveraging strategic practices and initiatives to enhance execution
YOU NEED TO BE...
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Management Studies or related disciplines with minimum 10 years managerial experience;
Solid experience in implementation of HRIS and Performance Management System;
Experience in Staff Engagement program preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices for Macau, PRC and Hong Kong
Positive can-do attitude and organized
Very good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager / Manager - HR & Administration
