• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for timely delivery of top-quality talent and meet hiring plan deadlines
• Identify and maintain talent pool for business expansion needs
• Establish effective and diversified recruitment channels and methods
• Effective talent mapping and candidates database management
• Develop recruitment team performance metrics to ensure service deliverables.
• Min University Graduate and above
• 5-6 years of experience in recruitment of which min 2 years in managerial level.
• Strong leadership skills
• Result driven and resourceful
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
