Training Specialist培訓專員

Job Responsibilities工作職責
 
  1. Assisting in the planning and implementation of internal training, responsible for post-training assessment and satisfaction survey 協助內部培訓課程的策劃和開展，負責訓後考核和滿意度調查的執行
  2. Responsible for the archiving of training files, training materials and exam questionnaires 負責培訓檔案資料、培訓教材、考試題庫的存檔和管理
  3. In charge of the planning, production and updating of the culture wall to create a good corporate culture atmosphere 負責企業文化牆的規劃、製作和更新，營造良好的企業文化氛圍

Job Requirement工作要求:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and poster design tools (Canva, AI, PS, etc.) 熟練使用Microsoft Office及海報設計工具（Canva, AI, PS等）
  2. Detailed and organized, with efficient execution and excellent communication skills 做事仔細認真，有條理性，具備高效執行力和出色溝通能力
  3. Good English skill in both oral and writing 良好的英語口語和寫作能力
  4. Relevant working experience is preferred 有相關工作經驗者優先
  5. Macau ID holder only 需持澳門居民身份證
