Part time Human Resources & Administration Officer

 Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the recruitment advertisement and job posting in different channels
  • Handle labour quota application and renewal
  • Provide clerical support in HR & Adm area
  • Assist to set up and maintain an up-to-date HR filing system and data base
  • Assists and answers questions and inquires from colleagues for HR relative issues
  • Preparations of company memorandum and government official letter
  • Handle administrative duties of the company



Requirements:
  • Diploma / degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in HR fields
  • Mature, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Macau employment & labour law and regulation
  • Good command in spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin

Working Location: Studio City Macau
