Duties
 Ensure the daily operations of plant run smoothly
 To assist Assistant General Manager to set target and priority, provide review reports and recommendation for an effective administrative and operational improvements of operations / units
 To ensure that the business units are meeting the performance requirements of the Group and make strategic recommendations on improvements or enhancements
 Conduct and review plans for the control of output, budget spending, material efficiency, engineering effectiveness, staff training and other daily operation matters
 Monitor and review the monthly expenses to achieve cost saving scheme
 Oversee the proper operation of machine and prepare maintenance plan
 Handle all customers’ requests and complaints

Requirements
 Secondary education or above
 Minimum 15 years of working experience in the laundry / dry cleaning industry with at least 8 years’ managerial experiences
 Mature, dedicated with proactive communication and team building skills
 Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
