Duties Ensure the daily operations of plant run smoothly To assist Assistant General Manager to set target and priority, provide review reports and recommendation for an effective administrative and operational improvements of operations / units To ensure that the business units are meeting the performance requirements of the Group and make strategic recommendations on improvements or enhancements Conduct and review plans for the control of output, budget spending, material efficiency, engineering effectiveness, staff training and other daily operation matters Monitor and review the monthly expenses to achieve cost saving scheme Oversee the proper operation of machine and prepare maintenance plan Handle all customers’ requests and complaints Requirements Secondary education or above Minimum 15 years of working experience in the laundry / dry cleaning industry with at least 8 years’ managerial experiences Mature, dedicated with proactive communication and team building skills Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
