Job Description

Job Purpose: Implement and administer Overseas Employee Services matters related to personnel policies, practices and procedures. Perform secretarial and clerical duties for the Overseas Employee Services Team including, but not limited to, typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, taking minutes, relocation and work permit related tasks for overseas team members

Competencies and Requirement

Experience: Clerical experience in Human Resources is preferred
Education: Secondary school diploma or above
Language Ability: Fluent English and Cantonese
Computer Skills: Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Chinese and English))
