Job Description: • Responsible for the overall day to day management of parking operations including supervision of staff, customer service, preserving maintenance and appearance standards, loss control, and financial budgeting / reporting to ensure a positive parking experience for each customer or patron at the designated parking lot • Assist and fully support to Manager of Car Park Operations • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees • Responsible for scheduling, training and any coaching or disciplinary matters in relation to company and department policies • Cash auditing and financial analysis • Set and achieve quarterly goals based on the Manager of Car Park Operation’s expectations • Must report all incidents and accidents Job Requirement: • College graduate or equivalent experienced preferred • 3 years working experience in similar working environment • With hotel transportation experience is an advantage • Possess a valid driving license • Previous guest relations training • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Excellent English and Cantonese, spoken and written • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827118
