Job Description: • Coordinates and oversees the VIP Services personnel and ensures that the service standards are of quality and consistent for VIP clientele • Resolves dispute or guest / group dissatisfaction • Encourages and receives customer feedback to ensure that casino programs are developed according to desired market requirements • Develops a strong VIP recognition / guest preference system across the organization in order to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction • Leads and motivates the VIP Services team to uphold integrity, professionalism and service consistency • Updates the team with latest or near future events, programs, outside / competitor offerings, what’s on in Macau, also updated with current economic news, newspapers, high profile updates • Maintains a strong understanding and requirements of VVIP patrons including fixed-room and casual junket players • Ensures that all gaming programs are upheld and enforced according to the terms and conditions of a play • Behaves and acts professionally to uphold the name of the company at all times • Recommends and / or executes management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees Job Requirement: • College graduates and above are preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino business, with exposure to multiple casino resorts, properties and possess good business acumen • Experience in Casino Marketing / International Marketing is a strong advantage • Proficient in English and Cantonese / Mandarin • Adaptable and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances • Ability to develop good business relationships and can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization • Displays a high level of integrity and commitment to customer service • Above average computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Programs Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827118
