Business Development Manager

SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing personal attention to table games customers, and ensuring the quality of service provided to the table games customer, in accordance with the Company’s established marketing and table games strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  •  Acts as a resource for customers, management and employees, to ensure a maximum level of satisfaction and service throughout the department and the company.
  • Represents the company, in its public relations and marketing efforts, generating new and repeat business and helping to reaffirm the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Develops and sustains working relationships with table games customers, particularly high-end players.
  • Coordinates with Pit personnel, to identify new and experienced players, then observes their play, and makes contact with customers, attending to their special requests and needs, in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Assists customers with reservations for restaurants, theater shows, hotel, and accommodations.
  • Works inside and outside of the casino to encourage new customers to come in and game.
  • Increases table game play with current customers and brand new customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in business development; preferably in a managerial position
  • University graduate in Marketing discipline or equivalent education
  • Proven sales/marketing track record in sales negotiations and closing skills
  • Previous travel industry experience strongly preferred
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese, English can be an optional
