Job Description: • Handle leave requests and shift rotations for casino operations staff • Handle and follow up all leaves enquires and applications • Maintain daily operations in high efficiency • Review the issues occurred in daily operations and report the issues in timely manner Job Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or above • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software, with solid experience of Excel and Access is an advantage • Proficient in scheduling system (Mizzisoft / Virtual Roster) is an advantage • Minimum 2 years of working experience, with Scheduling / Rostering / Workforce planning working experience in casino resort is an advantage • Proficient in Cantonese, knowledge of English and Mandarin is an advantage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work on shift Interested parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827116
