Scheduling Clerk 編更文員 (Ref: SCHCLK)


  • 負責透過電腦的使用為娛樂場營運部員工編排更表。
  • 協調娛樂場營運部員工之更表調配及更改。
  • 解答娛樂場營運部員工有關假期及更期之查詢。
  • 一般文書處理。
  • 高中程度或以上。
  • 至少一年相關工作經驗。
  • 熟練電腦操作,包括MS Office應用程式Word、Excel及中英文輸入法。
  • 良好中英文書寫能力,操流利的廣東話及英語,懂普通話更佳。
  • 溝通能力強,有責任心,良好組織能力及能獨立工作。
  • 需輪更工作。
  • 能立即上班者優先考慮。


  • Work with the computer scheduling program to create and revise Table Games Department schedules.
  • Maintain records relating to flex days, leaves of absences, sick calls, jury duty, suspensions and special days off as they relate to the daily and weekly schedule.
  •  Maintain individual Team Member records in accordance with Departmental policies and procedures.
  • Answer telephones and respond to Team Member questions regarding individual schedules.
  • Provide courteous service to Team Members.


  • Secondary educated or above with minimum1 year relevant experience
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office, Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Communicate in an efficient manner
  • Work independently
  • Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team
  • Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift
  • Immediate available is preferred
