Job Description: • Manages VIP Services operations from smooth execution of guest reservations, arrivals, in-house services, up to departure • Closely liaises with the transportation and airport team, to ensure that guests are accorded to appropriate transportation, including the welcome and departure procedures • Handles service complaints, awareness on sensitivity of issues and ability to escalate when required • Ensuring good coverage and strong presence at the receptions area, VIP gaming area, Junkets, and heart of house administration supports, while on duty • Reduces guest distractions through smooth coordination of VIP / Executive Hosts with other departments • Maintaining healthy and professional relationship with guests, and well coordination with marketing staff as to create thorough communication line, and ensuring proper communication channel to Casino Marketing division • Managing guests expectations, complains, and working towards exceeding guests satisfaction • Provide timely update to management on business situation, VVIP players activity, keeping updates with other departments, such as but not limited to hotel, Food and Beverage, and tables on guests activity, and submit regular daily activity reports to senior management • Guiding and working well with VIP Coordinators, VIP Host and VIP Executive Host & VIP Executive Coordinators, providing assistance and guidance when required along with Executives • Updating team with latest or near future events, programs, outside / competitor offerings • Recommend and / or execute management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees Job Requirement: • College graduates or above is preferred • Minimum of 3 years' working experience in casino business, with exposure to multiple casino resorts, properties and possess good business acumen • Experience in Casino Marketing / International Marketing is a strong advantage • Adaptable and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances • Ability to develop good business relationships and can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization • Above average computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Programs • Proficient in English and Cantonese / Mandarin Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827118
