Job Description: • Maintain healthy and professional relationship with guests and well coordination with VIP Services Casino Services, gaming, cage and F&B to deliver superior guest service • Responsible for generating and achieving specific company target by developing new and inactive players • Identify premium player interests and encourage return trips • Make recommendations to improved guest experience and profitability • Maintain accurate Player Development records and performance reports • Assist Manager to develop team training program, staff coaching and evaluation • Communicates effectively with all related departments in a timely manner • Other duties as assigned Job Requirement: • Bachelor Degree in Business, Tourism, Hotel, Sales Management or related disciplines • Minimum of 1 year working experience in the area of Business Development / Casino Marketing and Hospitality industry • Good understanding of all aspects of management within casino operations in large scale casino hotel • Knowledge of strong organizational skills • Good knowledge of gaming management and customer services management • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English • Have proven accountability when working with confidential information • Get along with fellow employees and work as a team Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827118
