Job Description: • Ongoing implementation of Slot Operating Procedures, effective customer service and team member development curriculum. Assist Shift Manager for annual performance review • Manage the Slot High Limit and VIP areas, work collaboratively with Casino Marketing and VIP Service to ensure provision of excellent customer service. Take initiative to serve and follow up premium slot players’ / team members’ needs • Doing daily rostering for manpower allocation and break arrangement to maximize operations efficiency. Make changes when staffs applied sick leave or ad hoc leave • Organize daily briefing for the Senior Service Representative to ensure they are well prepared for the premium slot players on floor • Direct and performance manages Senior / Service Representative in the undertaking of their duties. Conduct monthly interview to follow up their performance Job Requirement: • High School Degree, College Degree is an advantageous or equivalent in related field • Electronic gaming background is advantageous • Customer service related work experience is preferred • Minimum 2 years Slot Gaming Experience.
