  • NagaWorld Limited is a subsidiary of NagaCorp Limited, a Publicly Listed gaming and entertainment company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is the first and best integrated hotel entertainment complex in the fast developing Mekong region.

    With the existing NagaWorld complex reaching full capacity on a regular basis, NagaCorp is constructing Naga2 a stone throw away from the current premises. Naga2 will house an additional 800 hotel rooms, 100 luxury suites and a 2500 seat theatre.
    Naga City Walk, an exclusive duty free retail mall will connect the two complexes. Naga City Walk is expected to be launched later this year with Naga2 expected to be in operation by June 2017.
    In addition to the expansion plan in Cambodia, in 2015, NagaCorp held its groundbreaking ceremony in Vladivostok, Russia for the Primorsky Entertainment Resort City "PERC" project which is expected to be completed in 2018.

Gaming Support - Executive

Job Purpose
The Gaming Support Executive performs transaction and process related work in support of daily operations as well as customer services for VIP Services Gaming.

Duties and Responsibilities


Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

  • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld standards or relavant industry standards during all aspects of work;
  • Ensures adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times.

General Job Functions
  • Greets VIP customers at the main entrance of the VIP Hall when they arrive and bids them farewell as they leave;
  • Coordinates with F&B and Front Office for all matters including rooms, transport, and F&B to lead to successful delivery of pre-trip itinerary;
  • Leverages partnerships throughout the property (Hotel, F&B, etc.) to maximize smooth, high end service delivery to VIP customers;
  • Answers any questions VIP customers may have as well as to do whatever they can to make sure these special customers feel welcome;
  • Coordinates between junkets, tour operators, and different departments to ensure a smooth cooperation flow in serving VIP customers;
  • Reports any problem or perceived guest inconvenience to management;
  • Keeps up to date knowledge of property, product, promotions and events.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree / Bachelor's degree / Post graduate diploma or equivalent education preferred
  • Experience in a similar position in a casino and in an exclusive VIP environment required
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
  • Proficient English and Mandarin language skills required, other language skills such as Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean preferred
  • Well-groomed appearance and ability to wear appropriate uniform is a prerequisite

Working Conditions

This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
