We are looking for high caliber and business-oriented professionals in Front Office Agent, detail as follow:


Job Description & Requirement

• Greet guests courteously and professionally is necessary;
• To handle the check-in / check-out process, to assign rooms, to answer telephones, to respond the inquiries, and to ensure every guest’s experience is pleasant and memorable;
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Knowledge of another foreign language is in advance.

工作範疇及要求

• 需待客有禮、態度誠懇，及以專業的態度迎接賓客；
• 主要負責替賓客辦理入住登記手續、分配房間、接聽電話、辦理退房手續，以及回應賓客所需，確保每位賓客帶來愉快而難忘體驗；
• 中學畢業或以上學歷；
• 具良好中英文書寫能力並操流利英語、廣東話及普通話；
• 具其他語言能力者優先。
