Sands Rewards Club Host金沙會客戶專員(Loyalty Marketing)

Position Description
Sign up patrons to the Sands Rewards Club through introduction at the table pits or slot areas
Provide excellent customer service to the guests
Introduce the promotions and benefits to the Sands Rewards Club members
Efficiently and professionally manage customer enquiries and direct complaints to appropriate managers
Keep confidentiality of all necessary policies and customer information.
Must be able to work all shifts
Assist with various casino promotions as needed
Communicate with other Departments and Team Members as per Company policies and procedures
Protect the assets of the Company and customers against theft or fraud either by the public or Team Members
Primarily work behind SRC Counter

Position Requirements
High School education preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry
Experience dealing with customer complaints and enquiries
Display good communication and customer service skills
Have excellent numeric skills
Work at a fast pace and in stressful situations
Read, write, speak, type and understand English
Read, write, speak, type and understand Cantonese and/or Mandarin
Japanese and Korean language skills an asset
Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team
Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift
Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental and Company policies
Have a well groomed, professional appearance
