Business Development Manager


  • Develop and establish partnerships within the industry. Develop a target list of customers to convert, and network with customers to form partnerships.
  • Participate in developing new business, specifically in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.
  • Ensure maximization of departmental participation in company goals and directives.
  • Drive for results; establishes goals, manages resources and achieves goals with limited supervision
  • Building business, community and stakeholder support in markets where we are acquiring new business contracts
  • Exemplary platform-speaking skills. Must possess confidence to facilitate at conferences, meetings and organized events.


  •  5 years relevant experience in Business marketing / Real estate / Project / Guest Services or related disciplines
  • Degree / diploma holder in Business Management / Sale & Marketing / Events & Promotions or related discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skill.
  • Strong coordinating and communication skills in order to articulate the company's corporate image, goals and objectives
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Accepted non-local applications
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Occasional Travel is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
