商務部－工料測量師

主要職責：

  • 編制工程投標文件、清單及評標分析；
  • 編制工程造價估算、概算、施工圖預算；
  • 參與材料、設備考察詢價，對原材料採購審核把關；
  • 審核項目的結算和工程款項審計；
  • 所有工程項目的成本控制；
  • 代表公司參加專案會議，主動提供專業意見；
  • 與業主方進行有效溝通、交流、配合與協調；
  • 負責工程合同管理；
  • 完成工程結算的核對，並協助完成洽商和談判等工作；
  • 協助上司執行其他特別指定任務。

職位要求：
  • 大專及以上學歷
  • 最少3年相關工作經驗；
  • 有工程預、決算及工程管理經驗及專業知識；
  • 掌握新技術，瞭解新材料和工程造價動態；
  • 良好的溝通、組織協調及分析能力；
  • 工作時間為每天8小時
  • 良好的中英文書寫及溝通能力。
