Chinney Timwill Construction (Macau) Co., Ltd. is subsidiary in the Macau Special Administrative Region of the Chinney Construction Group in Hong Kong. It obtained construction license from the Macau SAR, and is qualiﬁed to be engaged in construction projects of any size, engineering project design, project planning and management (including site investigation, foundation reinforcing and piling, building construction and maintenance, civil engineering construction, construction equipment supply and installation, public Works, drainage projects, mechanical and electrical engineering, interior decoration, curtain Walls, trading and import and export business).

Assistant Quantity Surveyor (助理工料測量員)

Salary negotiable

Assistant to Quantity Surveyor duties
Education in other discipline (Science/Engineering) also consider
Fresh Graduates with no experience are welcome

Requirement

Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma / High Certificate in (Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or construction related discipline) is preferable.
Education in other Science discipline also consider.
Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our construction projects.
Candidate with no experience and / or less qualification will be considered as Quantity Surveyor assistant.
Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Description

We offer competitive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the right candidates as below:
Basic salary with 13th month salary + Performance bonus;
12 – 18 days annual leave;
Public holidays;
5.5 days work with alternate Saturday;
