Operations Manager - Mall Management

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall daily operation and management of the shopping malls

  • Liaise with senior management on efficiency or savings proposals and recommendations

  • Work closely with different departments and merchant contacts to ensure timely and accurate product flow

  • Provide the professional training to frontline staff to improve performance and customer service standards

 

 


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years or above retail experience with minimum 3 years at supervisory level in a sizeable company in retail industry

  • Good command of English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office application

  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • 負責大型高級商場的整體商業運作及管理

  • 向高層建議提高效率或節省開支的相關策略

  • 與商場各部門,商家緊密合作,確保及時準確的產品流程

要求:

  • 本科或以上學歷

  • 5年或以上品牌商業營運管理經驗,其中包括至少3年或以上的管理層經驗

  • 流利中英文

  • 熟練操作MS Office系統

  • 出色領導能力,溝通能力和人際關係技巧
