Senior Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Handle residents’ enquiries, complaints and feedbacks on phone or through emails with courtesy and efficiency
  • Completes maintenance work orders and service requests from residents and follows through to ensure completion. Contacts residents at completion of customer service requests to ensure all issues have been resolved satisfactorily
  • Capture statistics and prepare reports, correspondence, memo as directed by manager
  • Coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns
  • Assist with maintaining key control in accordance with company policies and procedures for all associates and vendors
  • Keep records of customer interactions, maintain customer databases and file documents
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks and participate in special assigned projects whenever necessary

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experiences in customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, initiative and service-oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Less experience/Below education will be considered as Customer Service Officer
