Hands Up Education Centre is an English language centre that aims to provide quality learning experiences to students from 10 months old and above.

We believe students are full of potential. According to their needs, we provide courses and workshops to inspire and develop their interests which will encourage them to acquire the necessary attitudes and skills for their lifelong personal growth.

We are dedicated to maintaining an English-only learning environment and a safe space for our students to grow and become more self-motivated learners. Reggio English Teacher（competitive salary）

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons following the Reggio Emilia approach, tailored to the needs and abilities of students under 12 years old.
Create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.
Foster positive relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to develop students' English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Incorporate hands-on activities, projects, and group work to promote active learning and student engagement.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with the Reggio Emilia approach and educational standards.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing updates on students' progress, and addressing any concerns or questions.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in Reggio Emilia education and English language teaching.
Participate in the planning and execution of Centre special events and activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Reggio English Teacher or in a similar teaching role, preferably in an early childhood or primary education setting
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach and its application in English language education
C1+ or C2 English speaker
Bachelor’s Degree holder (English related/English education degree is a strong advantage.)
Macau ID holder is preferred
Able and willing to work with children of 10 months to 12 years old
Creative, passionate, patient, reliable, adaptable and MUST enjoy working with children
Able to work independently and work as a team
Available to work on weekends
