Job Description: • Assist the implementation of a sound transportation infrastructure in line with the division’s goals and strategy and in support of new and repeat visitation from the region to the resort including tour coaches, ferry services and China cross border travel services • Welcome all guests and introduce shuttle bus service at Grand Lisboa Palace & assigned location • Greeting tour groups and follow the stand procedures to record the passenger figures and the duration of staying time • Assist Supervisor to build good relationship with the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO), travel agents and business partners • Maintain excellent working relationships with all departments • Providing clerical and administrative support to Travel Alliance team Job Requirement: • High School graduate or above equivalent certificates are preferred • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Customer Service is preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Must have the ability to deal well with change and uncertainty and flexible enough to adapt and respond sensibly to the situation at hand • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in using internal and external Internet • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese • Must be willing and able to work extended shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and during special events as required Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827118
