Assist the hotel management in the prevention of any act or condition, which might threaten guest security, associate security, or physical asset. Prepare and give input in updating security operational manual and emergency procedures in accordance with the Hotel policies. Maintain a good relationship with local police force and other government departments so as to ensure their full cooperation when it is needed. Compile security staffs duty rosters and inspects security posts periodically ensuring full coverage at all times. Conduct personally case investigation with guests or Hotel employees whenever necessary. Submit detailed investigation reports to the Management on completion of investigations. Attend all regular scheduled meetings as well as meetings called at random by the Management.
