Administrator行政主任 (Hotel - Marketing)

Position Description
Provide administrative and clerical support to respective Directors and team
Monitor assigned teams expenses, review monthly departmental P&L and assist with expense forecast and annual budget process as required
Coordinate with IT department to ensure all team members have the proper hardware and software to perform their daily tasks
Coordinate Directors’ schedules and make appointments; arrange & coordinate travel schedules & reservations
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities and record and transcribe minutes of meetingsMaintain a comprehensive travel & marketing calendar file to ensure required reports are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis
Forecast and facilitate the necessary purchase, supply, and distribution of inventory and required resources. Identify areas for cost reductions and implement strategies for cost reduction and containment
Correlate and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Organize and maintain file system; file correspondence and other records

Position Requirements
High school graduate, diploma degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality is preferred
4-5 years of experience required
Large scale operation across multiple sites is an advantage
Have qualified organizational skills to manage several tasks at once
Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, vendors, customers and the general public
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Experience with Photoshop and InDesign
Knowledgeable and proficient in Windows, Excel and Word
Knowledge of Sales and Catering Management system (Delphi) is preferred
Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team
