Assistant to Chairman / Executive Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of professional administrative support to the senior management.
  • Arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedule for management.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Plan and liaise with relevant parties for all personal and social functions
  • Handle personal matters assigned by management
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, prior secretarial training is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years secretarial experience in serving senior executives
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, self- motivated, detailed oriented and well organized
  • High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
  • Able to work independent with tight deadlines
