Contract Accounts Officer (1 Month – 3 Months)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing invoices, debit notes, receipts
• Support the finance team in accountancy data input, clients lists, suppliers lists, outstanding debit notes lists and follow-up with clients
• Assist in bank statements verification and any other related administrative task.
• Assist to process and update Companies’ accounting records and execute the assignments assigned by senior staffs

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years accounting experience of relevant work experience
• Excellent computer knowledge in MS Office applications
• Good team player, hardworking & high sense of responsibility
• Good in both written and spoken English and Cantonese


工作職責:
•負責準備發票,借項通知單,收據
•支持財務團隊在會計數據輸入,客戶名單,供應商名單,發行的借記筆記列表和跟進客戶
•協助銀行對賬單核實及任何其他相關的管理任務。
•協助處理,並更新公司的會計記錄,並執行由高級職員分配的分配任務

要求:
•相關工作經驗1年以上會計工作經驗
•熟練使用微軟辦公室軟件
•良好的團隊合作精神,勤奮和高責任感
•良好的書面和口頭英語及廣東話
