HR & Administration Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager to provide full spectrum of administration services;
  • Coordinating in organizing activities;
  • Assisting in keeping all records in a well-organized follow-up system
  • Maintaining an accurate and updated database of HR information

Job Requirements:


  • University graduate and above
  • Proficient in computer applications, MS Word & Excel
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
