HR and Administration Assistant Manager

Our client is one of the leading engineering companies in Macau, due to business expansion, they are now seeking for a HR and Administration Assistant Manager to join them.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Directly reported to HR Director in HK

  • Support Macau office's HR functions, including imported labor quota management, recruitment, employee engagement, company events and corporate social responsibility activities etc.

  • Provide Macau office administrative support, including staff quarters administration; leasing terms negotiation; lease agreement arrangement; lease renewal; rental / utilities payment; invoices payment and driver's schedule arrangement etc.

  • Manage the subcontractors with related issues

  • Assist in implementing HR related policies & procedures and ensure compliance to the Macau labor law & related regulations

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines

  • 4 years' relevant HR/Administration experience. Experience in the Engineering industry is definitely an advantage

  • Strong knowledge in the Macau labor law, HR practices & related compliance matters

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills, with strong drive and detail-orientation
