Office Administrative Officer 行政文員 (Fresh Graduate are Welcome to Apply)

As part of their continual expansion, they are seeking an Office Administrative Officer to join and grow with them.

  • 5 days’ work with government holiday
  • Young and friendly working environment

  • Report and provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the senior management
  • Perform all-rounded office administrative work including data input, document filing, maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.
  • Handle all round receptionist duties of greeting guests in a professional manner, answering phone calls, managing mailings and courier services
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate with office administrative issues
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • Degree holder
  • 1 year or above relevant administrative experience (Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply)
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
  • Ability to work independently, with good team spirit and hardworking
