Office Administrator and PA

 Our client is an industry leader cross Macau - a dynamic organization with strong entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of success. They offer a working environment that is free spirited, friendly and empowering with many like-minded colleagues. As part of their continual expansion, they are seeking an Office Administrator and PA to join and grow with them.   

  • 5 days’ work with government holidays
  • Young and friendly working environment
 
Responsibilities:
  • Report and provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the senior management
  • Perform all-rounded office administrative work including data input, document filing, maintaining an organised and efficient office environment
  • Responsible for receptionist duties of greeting guests in a professional manner, answering phone calls, managing mailings and courier services
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate with office administrative issues
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
  • Well organized, proactive, efficient, self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently enjoy administrative challenges of supporting company operations.

要求:
  • 學士學位
  • 良好的中英文能力
  • 熟練使用MS Word, Excel, Power point和中文文書處理
  • 良好的組織能力,積極主動,高效,自我激勵,靈活,能夠獨立工作,享受支持公司運營的行政挑戰。
