Receptionist - Office Assistant

Job Summary
Greeting guests and provide full administrative support to the office and carry out a range of general day to day office administration tasks, to assure the office run smoothly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs administrative duties for the office
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls
• Delivered incoming mail or faxes and sorts into appropriate person
• Proactively managing and ordering office equipments
• Maintain a database of common contacts, internal and external customers
• Handling staff insurance matters
• Handling ad hoc projects as required

Training and/or Experience

• Experienced in general office administrative roles

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Proficient in computer literate especially with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented, energetic, mature and able to work independently with positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic and team environment
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and good manner

• High school graduate or above
