Sales Manager

Job description:

  • To service, develop and manage a portfolio of trade & private clients in line with the Brand / BD strategy;
  • Build a strong partnership and close relationships with trade & private clients;
  • Proactively doing sales in Sarment to reach the sales target;
  • Work with marketing team to create programs and events;
  • Manage trade & private clients sales growth and profitability in line with BU/entity objectives;
  • Contribute and implement an annual business plan taking into all levels of growth: commercial agreements, sales actions, education, retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms, etc.;
  • Monitor the clients’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed;
  • Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action;
  • Collaboration with the other sales team members.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of the relevant experience in wine industry or F&B
  • Negotiation skills and result-driven personality
  • Good knowledge of wine and brand(s)
  • Has customer data base in Macau, China and know their expectations
  • Sales ethics and sensitivity to legal issues and competition law
  • A good team player to achieve company’s sales target
