Senior Administration Supervisor

We are a reputable restaurant group in Macau with strong expansion plan in Macau, Hong Kong and Mainland China, is looking for high caliber individual to take up the following vacancy:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Being Deputy in the absence of Admin. Head;
  • Assist the Head to manage a wide range of admin. services for the Group including but not limited to:
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors (travel and hotel agents, office suppliers, property agents)for better terms;
- Monitor the renewal of licenses and arrange insurance policies for outlets are done on time;
- Supervise two house wardens to enforce rules of living at staff quarters are properly implemented.
  • Assist in organizing staff activities;
  • Any other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma holder and above;
  • At least 5 years’ administration experience;
  • Hands-on experience in supervision;
  • China experience is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in computer applications, MS Word & Excel;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills;
  • Willing for occasional travel to Zhuhai when required.
