Senior Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support.
  • To compile regular reports and statistics.
  • To coordinate with both internal and external parties
  • Maintain all administrative records and general filing system such as door access control. Office equipment registry, key records etc.
  • Assist in organizing company functions and staff activities
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchasing of office supplies, monitor the office equipment and arrangement of repair or maintenance if necessary.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience, less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • A Good Team Player
  • Pleasant, proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Computer literate, well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
