Job Description: • Manage, oversee and leading the Retail Operations team, Concierge and self-operated retail units to ensure quality and effective operations • Leading and guiding the team to tackle all request from Retailers or incident arise while following the established the fit-out and operation guidelines and company policies • Assist the VP in the planning of the mall development and operational planning includes but not limited to Concierge and self-operated retail units • Manage and oversee the overall presentation of the shopping mall and liaise and coordinate with Project team for all necessary maintenance or improvement project • Liaise closely with the retail tenants’ representatives, Leasing and Project team to ensure timely opening • Liaise closely with the Marketing team to ensure marketing campaign or promotion can be effectively executed • Conduct introductory pre-opening meeting with Retailers and further coordinate for an excellent and smooth shop grand opening • Monitor the Retailers’ and shops’ compliance to the executed agreement and company policies e.g. business hours or any other agreed special terms • Effectively managing and monitoring all Retailers’ activities to ensure alignment and retailers to serve in the best interest of the mall customers; • Conduct regular meetings with Retailers for business review or any marketing correlated purpose • Conduct regular meetings with Marketing and Leasing team to share the retailers’ update and market(e.g. Receiving, Security, Housekeeping, Marketing, Finance and Property Services) Job Requirement: • Bachelor Degree or equivalent • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Retail industry, especially in Mall operations, estate management and self-run shops operation • Experience in Retail or Mall management and Leasing in Macau will be an advantage • Some knowledge of budgeting & planning • Good PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office • Positive attitude; excellent interpersonal skills; team spirit • Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Professional appearance • Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and work with deadlines • Strong customer service orientation • Able to communicate effectively with Retailers and their operation divisions • Sensitive to stakeholders’ needs and interests and be able to manage these effectively • Diligent attention to detail • Diligent attention to safety Interested parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827117
