Assistant Customer Services Officer

Job Descriptions:
1. To handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency cases
2. To check and inspect all common areas
3. To check the patrol report and submit to the management office
4. To assist in monitoring the attendance and works of various contractors
5. Follow the instructions of the management staff
6. Other duties assigned by senior management
7. Implement the work of company’s environmental and quality

Job Requirements:
1. Secondary or above
2. Minimum 1 year relevant experience
3. Uniform and shift duty is required
4. Independent and customer-oriented
