Concierge

Job Descriptions:
1. To handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and emergency cases, handle the concierge counter operation
2. Prepare reports and submit to management office
3. Follow the instructions of the management staff
4. Other duties assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:
1. Secondary or above
2. Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
3. Uniform and shift duty is required
4. Independent and customer-oriented
