Property Officer

Job Descriptions:
1. To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio
2. Handle complaints and enquiries of the residents
3. Communicate with Technical Department for necessary repairs
4. Update and maintain the house file, occupants list and emergency contact list
5. Draft circulars when necessary
6. To supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors
7. Other duties assigned by senior management


Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or above
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience
3. Possess hands-on experience in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
4. Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
5. Good communication skills and able to work independently
