To cope with our business growth and expansion, we are currently looking for an individual with high calibre to join our team.

Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with different departments for receipt verification and payment approval
Perform general daily accounting duties, e.g. cheque preparation, cashier order, etc
Liaise with operating units to handle daily accounting operations (e.g. fixed assets, payment, receivable, reimbursements, reconciliations and other accounting works)
Facilitate the month end closing process for the respective operating units
Assist in financial reports preparation
Assist in statutory audit
Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in Audit / Accounting / Finance field
Possess or towards Accounting professional qualification (HKICPA / ACCA / CPAA) will be an advantage
Proficient in MS office application, particularly in Excel
Will to work overtime (weedend / public holiday overtime work for monthly closing with compensation leave)
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Cautious and attentive to details, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
