• University graduated or above, major in Mathematics, Economics, Finance Management or any related disciplines;
• Banking experience in any area is preferably (including commercial);
• Consult or audit experience is preferably;
• Strong analytical, mathematics and problem solving skills;
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Portuguese will be a must.
• Computer literate specially in Excel and Access.
• Availability in the short term.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare reports, analyze the results and make recommendations for different types of Risk;
• To execute stress tests;
• Preparation of the information to be presented in BOARD meetings, Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO), Risk Committee (CRISC), Customer Service Quality Committee (CSQC) and Operational risk and Internal Control Committee (ROCI);
• Responsible for the impairment of the Bank, collective and individual;
• Perform quality review in the credit proposals granted within the powers of the units;
• Prepare the Internal Control Report and the respective follow up of the action plan and the deadlines;
• Develop, implement and update norms and manuals.
