Executive, Electronic Shipping Solutions Field Support

Responsibilities:

  • Promote eCommerce business services and products to customers to drive higher utilization and penetration rates
  • Provide user training on eCommerce tools to customers
  • Visit customers and provide onsite technical support on eCommerce tool installation, implementation and usage
  • Handle customer enquiries on eCommerce services and provide suitable solutions
  • Monitor eCommerce tool utilization rate and provide suggestions on business improvement plans
  • Support procurement tasks, customer reporting and other administrative tasks


Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Information Technology, eCommerce or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry
  • Strong business acumen and customer-oriented
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient PC skills, eCommerce platform management experience is an advantage
